Making a Global Impact 

The Village Christian Church – Minooka Campus hosted a Meal Pack in partnership with Lifeline Christian Mission and Reclaim3d 501(c). The goal was to pack 100,000 meals for hungry families across the globe.  

“I love the fact that there are so many opportunities to serve! There is something for every person to do regardless of age and physical ability.” – Meal Packer 

With the help of 500 volunteers on Saturday, November 4, 104,544 meals were packed that will be sent to Haiti to help those families that are in such desperate need. Community members young and old gathered for the purpose of serving those less fortunate. 

Each meal costs 30 cents and the church has raised most of the money to pay for the meals with different fundraising events and through generous donations.
