Serve at Sheridan Campus

Hi team,

Thank you for patiently waiting for updates on the prison campus launch. We finally have details to share and steps you can take to get involved.

1. We have been approved to host a church service on Saturday mornings at 9:00am with a targeted launch date sometime in August. Please be in prayer about this.

2. All volunteers must have TB test results available that are less than one year old.

Will County residents can obtain a test for free at the Sunny Hill Tuberculosis Clinic (815) 740-4420 Call for an appointment in advance.

Grundy County residents can obtain a test for $15 at the Grundy County Health Department 815-941-3404

Tests are also available at some CVS locations

3. All volunteers must submit the following application with our ministry partner God Behind Bars

Fill out application and select The Village Church as your church or my church is not listed if we haven’t been added to the drop down menu yet

4. If you have any tattoos anywhere on your body we are required to submit a color photograph to screen for gang affiliation. Please email these to patrick@reclaimedcharity.org (preserving your modesty please =)

5. Fill out these 3 forms for the Department of Corrections and sign them in front of a witness
