Students volunteer at food truck in Minooka to feed struggling families.

Food Truck October 28th

The final Food Truck of the year will be Monday, October 28th. We partner with Northern Illinois Food Bank to provide food to anyone needing help. You don’t need proof of income, so if you need a little help with groceries please come out. If you know of someone that is struggling and could use some groceries, bring them out or pick up a box of food for them.

Distribution starts at 5 pm and is first come first served. It usually wraps up by 6 pm, sometimes earlier if all of the food is distributed. Bring a box or basket to carry the food.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to serve, come help at 4:30 pm. Kids can help too! No need to sign up, just come on out whenever you can! Volunteers set up the food lines, unpack the food from the truck, hand out food and carry boxes.
